OPINION

FLANDERS, Justice.

Raising the dead to sue them can prove as difficult with dissolved corporations as with other quondam life forms. An attorney for the defendant, Ronci Realty Company, Inc. (Ronci), a dissolved' corporation, filed a notice of appeal from a Superior Court order denying a motion to vacate the default judgment against Ronci and from the entry of a default judgment in favor of the plaintiffs: Theta Properties, a Rhode Island partnership, its general partners Robert P.
