Shawn Lee Poupart appeals the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law upon a manifest injustice disposition. We affirm.

Facts

Shawn pleaded guilty to the crime of malicious mischief in the third degree and theft in the third degree, committed on April 27, 1988, and June 16, 1988, respectively. The malicious mischief charge was for throwing rocks at the car and home of Leslie Pelkey, Shawn's mother. The theft in the third degree concerned an incident in which Shawn stole a "locked back" knife from a Sears store.
