In this consolidated appeal, Raul A. Gutierrez (Gutierrez) seeks review of the sentences imposed upon his entry of guilty pleas to five counts of indecent liberties (RCW 9A.44.100(l)(b)) involving females who were less than 14 years old. Three of the occurrences happened before the effective date of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1981 (SRA). Two of the counts were sentenced under the provisions of the SRA.
