In an action in the Superior Court brought by Cora Cruse (who is the petitioner herein) against Edgar Cruse, her husband, for the separate maintenance of the wife and the support of the three minor children of the parties, an order was duly made requiring the defendant thereafter to pay to the plaintiff a specified sum of money each succeeding week.
