Memorandum of decision on appeal from action of Court of Burgesses.

BORDON, J.

Before discussing the facts or law pertaining to this case, the court desires to make its position clear on the plaintiff’s allegation and claim that its business be exempt from municipal regulation because- it is engaged in producing products helpful to the war effort. The claim has no merit.
