1Opinion of the CourtGrant, J.
(after stating the facts). The following facts are admitted or established beyond controversy:
(а) The sausage manufactured by the complainant is a wholesome article of food. It contains nothing deleterious to health.
(б) It is a mixture or compound within the meaning of the proviso in the statute above quoted, being composed of meat, cereal, salt, and spices.(c) It is made in accordance with the act of congress and directions prescribed thereunder by the commissioner of agriculture, and under the inspection of the United States inspectors.
