This is an action brought by Jesse O. Boyette, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, in behalf of himself and his wife against The Bagdad Land and Lumber Company, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, to recover damages under the statute. Section 7049 (4962) Compiled General Laws of 1927, for the death of their minor child claimed to have been caused by wrongful acts of the defendant.
