Action to recover damages for tbe wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, claimed to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant in the location of its electric wires, which came in contact with a telephone wire in the hands of the decedent, who was a lineman working for a telephone company. Verdict was returned for the plaintiff in the sum of $15,000, and defendant appeals.

— On or about the 17th day of September, 1919, appellee’s intestate, Charles M. Cawley, was employed by the intervener, the Western Electric Telephone System, as a lineman, one of his duties being to discover and repair broken telephone wires. The situation regarding the place of- the accident in question is more readily understood by reference to the accompanying plat.;It will be observed therefrom that the two streets Maple Drive and Louisiana Avenue intersect, each other at an acute angle.
