Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 20, 2007, which ruled, among other things, that claimant was ineligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits because she had not accumulated the required effective days.

Claimant was employed as an adjunct instructor at Suffolk County Community College for the fall 2006 semester, where she was required to teach a class on Mondays and Fridays.
