WILKINSON, Chief Judge:

Eleven current and former employees brought individual and class claims of race, age, and disability discrimination against them employer, Giant Food, Inc., and individual Giant officers and managers. After examining four collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) between the employees’ unions and Giant, the district court refused to compel arbitration.
