This action was instituted by Titus Radio Corporation, as plaintiff, to recover the sum of $95.23 from the defendant, Seidenbach’s, in a justice of the peace court of Tulsa county. From a judgment in favor of said plaintiff in the amount sued for, the defendant appealed to the court of common pleas of the same county, where the cause was tried de novo upon the same pleadings that had been filed in the justice court.
