MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER RE COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT

This contested matter is before the Court on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the defendant, Melanie Morris Glazer, and on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the plaintiff and debtor in this case, Fred S. Silverstein, Jr. A hearing was held before this Court on June 5, 1995.
