This matter came before the Court on August 1, 1995, for trial on the merits. The former wife of the debtor seeks a determination that an award of attorney’s fees from a Texas divorce decree is nondischargeable as alimony, maintenance, or support under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5). Having considered the arguments and legal memoranda of counsel, reviewed the exhibits, and being otherwise fully informed, the Court grants judgment in favor of the plaintiff.
