Defendant was convicted of Illegal Distribution and Delivery of Phenmetrazine, a controlled substance, and was sentenced to a term of ten years imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred: (1) in admitting into evidence experimental and opinion evidence that the pills in question contained phenmetrazine; (2) in admitting testimony describing how drug users use phenmetrazine and (3) in failing to declare a mistrial after the prosecuting attorney made inflammatory and prejudicial statements and referred to matters unsupported by the evidence…
