Mark Sartin appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Mike Madden doing business as Inside Stone1 in an action brought pursuant to the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act, § 25-5-1 et seq., Ala. Code 1975 ("the Act"). We reverse and remand.
The record reflects that Inside Stone, a business located in Spruce Pine, entered into contractual agreements with various regional mobile-home manufacturers for the performance of stone masonry work in the construction of new mobile homes, including the installation of stone fireplaces.
