OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

In this aggravated assault case, the State appeals the trial court’s order granting appellee’s motion to suppress. We reverse and remand.

Background Facts

Police officers Travis Eddleman and David DeLeon of the Fort Worth Police Department were dispatched to the Fossil Ridge Apartments in Fort Worth on November 22, 2001, based on a call reporting that a male and female were arguing and that gunshots had been fired.
