Plaintiff Goshawk Dedicated Ltd. (“Goshawk”), a British insurance underwriting company, brought this action against Defendant Portsmouth Settlement Company I, Inc. (“PSC”), a Georgia-based investment company, seeking a court order compelling arbitration, and in the alternative, alleging fraud against PSC in the procurement of an insurance policy. (See Pl.’s Compl. [1-1].) This case comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [10] and Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Arbitration [18].
