MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ROVNER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Anne Tomkin, 1 brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to redress alleged violations of her Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Plaintiff also alleges trespass under Illinois law. Defendants include the Village of Tinley Park and three individuals: Michael Soraghan, Sandra Soraghan, and Dean Hanson (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the individual defendants”). 2 The individual defendants have filed a counterclaim alleging violations of state law.
