Appellant, Brenda Pyle, has multiple real estate holdings in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas. Pyle failed to pay taxes on a certain parcel of her holdings for the years 1978-1981 and the property was certified to the State Commissioner of Lands on October 15,1982 for non-payment of taxes. Subsequently, on February 17,1988, the parcel was sold by auction to the appellees Wayde and Jeanette Robertson.
