This is an action for money claimed to be due to the plaintiffs' testatrix upon a lease executed by her to Benjamin L. Marks, on October 22, 1908. The cause was tried by a jury and upon the verdict judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiffs against Marks for the sum of two thousand nine hundred dollars and against defendant Bianchi and the German Savings and Loan Society for the sum of $11,222.87. From this judgment the defendant Joseph C. Bianchi appeals.
