The Act of April 25,1933, P. L. 74, makes it unlawful to conduct or engage in any baseball or football game between the hours of 2 P. M. and 6 P. M. on Sunday. The act further provides that if, at the election in 1933, a majority of the electors of any municipality, voting in said election, vote in favor of baseball and football on Sunday between the hours of 2 and 6 P.
