Pending before this court is the motion by defendants Christopher Caruso, Gary J. Klingman, Raymond L. Chappell, Jr. and Alan T. Shuckrow (“defendants”) to dismiss (Doc. No. 3) the complaint of plaintiff Raymond Nicolette (“plaintiff’) and plaintiffs motion to supplement the civil action complaint (Doc. 15).
