OPINION AND ORDER AFFIRMING THE BANKRUPTCY COURT’S ORDERS OF JULY 13, 2009 AND SEPTEMBER 3, 2009 ON APPEAL (# 1)

Charles J. Taunt (the “Trustee”) appeals two orders issued by Bankruptcy Judge Steven W. Rhodes denying (1) the Trustee’s motion for summary judgment on his claims for avoidance of preferential transfer, and (2) dismissing the Trustee’s claims under the Michigan Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, for breach of contract, and for avoidance of preferential transfer following trial.1 For the reasons set forth *102below, the challenged orders are AFFIRMED.
