Appellant challenges the dismissal of his bankruptcy petition for bad faith. We affirm the judgment of the district court on different grounds.
Defendant-Appellant Lawrence S. Char-foos (Charfoos) is an attorney with a prominent and successful practice in medical malpractice. Aside from pursuing his profession, he invested heavily in a cosmetics company he and his wife founded in Paris.
