Agustina Bueno (“Plaintiff’) brings this action against LR Credit 18, LLC (“Defendant”), as well as Husam Al-Atrash; William Mlotok; and Samserv, Inc.,1 alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692p, and section 349 of the New York General Business Law (“GBL”). Am. Compl. at 1, ECF No. 30. On March 8, 2017, Defendant filed a fully briefed Motion for Partial Judgment on the Pleadings regarding only Plaintiffs claim for punitive damages, arguing Plaintiff is limited to $1,000.00…
