*523This was an action brought by plaintiff against the defendant to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by him while in the employ of the defendant. In substance, the allegations of the complaint are: That the defendant, Triangle Mining- Company, is a corporation engaged in working a mine at or near Alta, Salt Lake County, Utah, and that on the 19th day of August, 1915, plaintiff was in the employ of the defendant working as a miner in one of the underground workings of its mine; that at said time plaintiff was twenty-one years of age, inexperienced in the use of…
