This is an appeal from the summary denial of a motion pursuant to K. S. A. 60-1507.

The pertinent facts may be briefly summarized. On July 28, 1970, the defendant-appellant Lawrence Allen Morrow was arrested in Seward County, 'and subsequently charged with four crimes alleged to arise out of the same occurrence on that date.
