BURKE, Chief Justice.

[¶1] Appellant, Joshua Roy Delbert Black, challenges his conviction for aggravated assault, in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 6-2-502(a)(i).1 He contends he was, denied a fair trial as a result of prosecutorial misconduct. He also claims that his due process rights were violated because he was required to wear a leg restraint during trial.
