ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

GENE CARTER, District Judge.

This is an action brought by the Plaintiff to obtain judicial review, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), § 1383(c)(3) and § 1395ff(b), of a final decision of the Defendant Secretary denying a claim for disability insurance benefits in a period of claimed disability under 42 U.S.C. § 416(i) and § 423(d). The denial of the claim was accomplished in a decision by an Administrative Law Judge issued on January 27, 1983.
