ORDER OF REMAND
GENE CARTER, District Judge.
This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs appeal from an Order of the Magistrate of June 8, 1984, affirming the Secretary’s decision that terminated Plaintiff’s Social Security disability benefits. Defendant filed a Motion for Extension of Time in which to file Defendant’s appeal brief on September 27, 1984, the date her brief was due. Plaintiff filed a brief in opposition to Defendant’s motion on October 10, 1984.
