This is an appeal of a final decision of the Secretary of Health & Human Services pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), terminating Plaintiff’s disability benefits. The case is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Remand and Plaintiff’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings or, in the Alternative, for an Order of Interim Benefits.
