MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff XpertUniverse, Inc. (“XU”) brings this action against Defendant Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) alleging that Cisco infringed its patents and misappropriated certain confidential and trade secret information from XU during the course of a relationship between the parties, as set forth most recently in XU’s Fourth Amended Complaint. (D.I. 82).
