In Matter of Moore, 442 Mass. 285 (2004), we vacated a judgment of a single justice of this court disbarring the respondent, attorney Michael G. Moore, and remanded the matter to the county court for “entry of a judgment suspending the respondent from the practice of law for a period of two years.” Id. at 296. A judgment after rescript was entered in the county court to this effect on September 15, 2004. Thereafter, bar counsel filed a petition for contempt in the county court, alleging that the respondent had engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while under suspension. A notice issued…
