In this reciprocal disciplinary proceeding against respondent Frank Feigenbaum, 1 a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the Board on Professional Responsibility (“Board”) has recommended to this court that reciprocal discipline be imposed in the form of a five-year suspension, with a requirement to prove fitness as a condition of reinstatement.
