Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Rensselaer County (Jacon, J.), rendered January 4, 2008, upon a *1259verdict convicting defendant of the crime of robbery in the second degree (two counts).

In December 2006, two men robbed a convenience store in the City of Rensselaer, Rensselaer County at gunpoint.
