The Illinois Liquor Control Commission, referred to as the Commission, issued citations against Three Feathers Distributors, Inc., No. 31014, and against Chicago’s Last Liquor Store, Inc., No. 31015. These respondents will be referred to as Three Feathers and Chicago’s Liquor, respectively. The respondents were charged with violating the Illinois Mandatory Fair Trade Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, chap. 43, pars. 196-204.)
