Movant appeals denial of Rule 29.15 post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Movant filed a timely motion after this court decided his direct appeal from sentences for burglary in the second degree, section 569.170 RSMo 1994 and receiving stolen property, section 570.080 RSMo 1994. He alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel. The allegations relevant to the issue on appeal are that trial counsel failed to call known and available witnesses to support his alibi defense.
