The State of Missouri flies this interlocutory appeal, pursuant to § 547.200.1, RSMo 2000, following the trial court’s grant of Gregory Norman’s (Defendant’s) motion to suppress evidence seized in connection with the execution of a search warrant on his home in Christian County, Missouri. The trial court found that the affidavit used in support of the search warrant failed to establish probable cause for the search.
