Robin S. Roggenbuck appeals the circuit court’s judgment convicting him of five counts of possession of child pornography. Roggenbuck asserts three points on appeal. First, he asserts that the court erred in overruling his motion to suppress an affidavit offered in support of the search warrant used to seize the evidence because the affidavit did not establish probable cause.
