The State of Missouri (“the State”) files this interlocutory appeal, pursuant to Section 547.200, 1 following the trial court’s grant of Jennifer M. Rush’s (“Defendant”) motion to suppress evidence seized in connection with the execution of a search warrant. The trial court found that the affidavit used in support of the search warrant failed to establish probable cause for the search. The State argues that the trial court erred in that regard.
