This is an appeal by Frankie L. Sinclair, Sr., (hereinafter “Appellant” or “obligor”) from a July 21, 2000, order of the Circuit Court of Preston County granting a judgment against the Appellant in the amount of $7,624.51 to reimburse the State of West Virginia for Aid to Families with Dependent Children (hereinafter “AFDC”)1 benefits paid to the Appellant’s wife, Debra Sinclair, on behalf of the couple’s children.
