On January 25,1974, plaintiff, a corporation engaged in the purchase and resale of depressed inner-city residential properties at inflated prices to first-time minority purchasers, entered into a contract with defendant for the sale of real property located at 20 French Street, using its own printed landsale contract that shifted code compliance and title risk to the purchaser.
