After entering into a plea agreement with the Government, Defendant-Appellant Christian Winchel pleaded guilty to one count of producing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2251 (a), one count of transporting child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(1), and one count of possessing child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(5)(B). The district court sentenced Winchel to 600 months in prison and ordered him to pay $1,443,619.63 in restitution pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2259 . On appeal, Winchel argues that the restitution…
