This is a condemnation suit filed by the State of Tennessee to acquire an area for the right-of-way for the construction of a by-pass of the town of Trenton on Highway 45W, crossing Highway 104, and reentering highway 45’W, for which right-of-way the State had appraisals and paid into Court $3,250 in accord with T.C.A. Section 23-1528 et seq., over the lands of respondent-defendant, Mrs. Otto (Tollie) Hill.
