Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Williams, J.), rendered October 19, 1992, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of robbery in the first degree, burglary in the first degree, robbery in the second degree (two counts) and burglary in the second degree (two counts).
