Appeal from District Court, Montgomery County; L. B. Hightower, Judge. Trespass to try title, with an application for a temporary injunction by the Montgomery County Development Company against the Miller-Vidor Lumber Company. From an order denying an injunction, plaintiff appeals.

This appeal is from an order of the district court of Montgomery county refusing a temporary injunction applied for by appellant in an action of trespass to try title brought by it in said court against the appellee to recover the title and possession of 13,284 acres of land in Montgomery county, known as the Walker county school land three-league survey.
