Jacqueline T. Haller (claimant), mother of Donald C. Haller (deceased), appeals from the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which reversed the referee’s decision granting dependency benefits pursuant to Section *152307(5) of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act (Act).1
