Opinion by
This is an appeal by tbe parents of a deceased son from an order of the court below sustaining exceptions to an award of compensation based on partial dependency. The referee who beard tbe case found as a fact that tbe appellants were partially dependent upon their deceased son who died as a result of a compensable accident occurring in tbe course of bis employment with the appellee.
