Wyoming Valley Health Care Systems (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the Workers’ Compensa tion Judge’s (WCJ) determination that Candida Kalwaytis (Claimant) was a partial dependent of her daughter Elisa Kal-waytis (Decedent) and entitled to death benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act). 1
