Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Lamont, J.), entered April 7, 2000 in Ulster County, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (two counts), criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree (two counts).
